When Can I Book?

Is there an appointment fee?
Our appointments are free! Appointments are mandatory as we do not accept walk-ins.
For same-day appointments, please e-mail concierge@eightcranes.ca for the quickest response.
Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Appointments must be rescheduled or cancelled 36 hours prior to the start time.
I'm going to be late!
No problem, please let us know as soon as you can. Your appointment end time will not change to ensure we remain on schedule for other appointments.

How should I prep for my appointment?
Browse our site to get an idea of our designers and styles. If you have a particular dress or size in mind, please reach out to us so we can ensure we have it in-store on your appointment ate.
Please refrain from wearing tanning products, heavy makeup, or perfume to help protect our garments!
What should I expect during the appointment?
The salon will be reserved for you and your 2 guests for 45 minutes (or 75 minutes for bridal appointments). Use this time to browse freely and try-on dresses.
We are always available if you need help.
Can I bring guests? Can they also try on dresses?
Yes, guests and friends are welcome! We have a strict 2 guest policy (You + 2 More).
Guests may also try-on dresses but we recommend booking 2 appointments back-to-back for a little extra time.
Sizing & Pricing
What is your size range?
Most of our dresses are between Size 0-12. Much of our inventory is on consignment so we always encourage the community to consign dresses of any size.
If you are curious about our current availability in a specific size, please feel free to reach out prior to booking an appointment. We want to ensure the visit is worth your while.
What is your pricing?
Dress rentals start at $75 while most dresses range from $125-$175.
